What the hold means
New accounting setup, account creation, mapping changes and journal-import instructions are withheld while the supported accounting path is completed. VoucherGrid is not currently delivering new journals to Xero. Historical payment and tax evidence, supported accounting methods and provider acceptance must be resolved before delivery can be enabled. Reconnecting, changing mappings or replaying journals will not clear this hold.Existing connections and history
Existing connections and journal history are retained in Settings → Connections. Retained history is a record of earlier activity; it does not mean new delivery is active or complete.Reports and operational records
Use the currently available operational reports and voucher history. Voucher revenue summary, Outstanding voucher liability, Quarterly BAS voucher activity, Breakage recognition log and Journal entries import are currently held. See Reports & Analytics for current availability. Operational voucher balances are distinct from accounting liability. Voucher expiry does not by itself authorise breakage recognition. Your merchant or bookkeeper reconciles receipts, payouts, refunds and fees.The accounting hold does not itself stop voucher sales, delivery or redemption. These continue subject to your plan, permissions and payment setup.
