Multi-location lets you run separate storefronts, voucher catalogues, and reporting for each of your physical locations – all from a single VoucherGrid account.
Multi-location is available on the Professional plan ($149/month). You can have up to 5 active locations.

What is a location?

A location represents a physical branch, store, clinic, or spa. Each location gets its own:
  • Public storefront with a unique URL (e.g. city-store.vouchergrid.com)
  • Product catalogue – different vouchers at different locations
  • Branding – custom colours per location
  • Voucher numbering – optional per-location sequence
  • Stripe account – optionally a separate Stripe Connect account

Setting up locations

Go to Settings → Business → Locations.
  1. Click Add Location
  2. Enter a name – the URL slug auto-generates (e.g. “City Store” → city-store)
  3. Optionally add address, phone, email, and brand colours
  4. Click Save
You can edit any location’s details at any time, including the slug and colours.

Deactivating a location

You can deactivate a location to hide its storefront. Existing vouchers sold through that location are preserved.
You cannot deactivate a location that has live products. Archive or remove the products first.
Deactivated locations can be reactivated at any time.

Switching between locations

A location switcher appears in the main navigation on Professional accounts. You can switch between:
  • All Locations – aggregated view across every location
  • A specific location – scoped view showing only that location’s data
Your selection persists across page loads within the session.

How locations affect other features

Vouchers and products

Products are scoped to a specific location. When a customer buys from a location’s storefront, the voucher is tagged to that location.

Team members

Team members can be given access to:
  • All locations – see and work across every location
  • Specific locations – restricted to only their assigned locations
See Team Members & Permissions for details.

Reports and exports

Every report accepts a location filter. When you select a specific location via the location switcher, reports automatically scope to that location. Select “All Locations” for an aggregated view.

Dashboard

The dashboard includes a per-location summary card showing active liability, revenue, and voucher count for each location.
