VoucherGrid groups reports into Financial, Tax & compliance, Operational and Customer categories. Catalogue entitlement is cumulative: 3 reports on Lite, 9 on Premium and 13 on Professional at launch. Campaign Performance is deferred. These counts describe the catalogue, not the number of reports currently available to export.

Accounting reports currently held

The following reports are in the catalogue but are currently held. New exports, emails and schedules for them are unavailable. Plan upgrades, verified GST registration or reconnecting accounting software do not clear this hold. Xero and QuickBooks activation and journal delivery are also held. Operational balances describe voucher value remaining; they are not a certified accounting liability total. Expiry does not by itself authorise breakage recognition.

Available report formats

Access remains subject to your plan, team permissions and location scope. Audit evidence export is restricted to workspace owners and admins. It creates a saved, date-scoped activity record with business identity details. Use the separate Audit log page to investigate live activity. Voucher details includes expiry information.

Scheduling

Professional plans can schedule eligible custom reports, subject to workspace permissions. Scheduling is not available for every library report. The only standard catalogue report marked for scheduling is Journal entries import, which remains accounting-held. Use the Custom report builder for an eligible custom report and review its available delivery options. Scheduled manages recurring reports. A retained schedule does not grant access to a held report.

Saved reports and history

Library opens each report on its own page. Use Export or Email report where the report is currently available and your permissions allow it. History holds saved export snapshots and their original parameters. Snapshot retention is shown separately from temporary download-link expiry. Saved exports retain their original results. Keeping a historical export does not mean that a new accounting output can be generated or that its historical figures have been revalidated.
