VoucherGrid provides reports for day-to-day operations and accounting, plus an analytics dashboard for deeper insights.
Dashboard
The dashboard is your at-a-glance overview, with three tabs:
Operational Pulse (all plans)
- Active vouchers and total value
- Redeemed, expired, and expiring-soon counts
- Voucher status breakdown chart
- Monthly trend chart (vouchers created and redeemed)
- Recent activity feed
- Expiry timeline
Revenue Operations (Premium+)
- Recognised revenue (redemptions, net of refunds)
- Total sales (cash collected at sale, held as liability for face value vouchers)
- Outstanding liability
- Breakage total and rate
- Liability movement chart
- Revenue by denomination
- Stripe processing fees summary
Customer Intelligence (Professional only)
- Unique buyers and repeat purchase rate
- Average customer lifetime value
- Top buyers list
- Purchase heatmap (day and time)

Reports
Go to Reports from the main navigation. Reports are grouped into two sections:

Exporting reports
Each report supports:
- CSV – available for all reports (up to 50,000 rows)
- PDF – available for Essential Reports (up to 5,000 rows)
- Print – opens a print-friendly view
- Email to Accountant – send directly to your accountant’s email (Professional only)
Accounting & Analytics reports export as CSV only, for compatibility with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
Filtering
All reports include a date range filter with:
- Preset periods – last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, all time
- Tax periods – quarterly BAS periods for Australian businesses
- Custom range – pick specific start and end dates
- Location filter – scope to a specific location (Professional only)
The Liability Snapshot report also has a snapshot date (“as at”) picker for point-in-time reporting.
