1. Create your account

Visit vouchergrid.com and click Start free trial. You can sign up with:
  • Email and password (password must be 10+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character)
  • Google account
  • Apple account
After registering, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your address.

2. Start on your dashboard

Every new account starts on a -day trial and no credit card is required to begin. The quickest path to value is:
  1. Open the Dashboard
  2. Create your first voucher product
  3. Configure voucher defaults in SettingsVouchers
  4. Add business details, branding, and Stripe only when you need them

3. Create your first voucher template

Before creating individual vouchers, you need a template (called a Product in VoucherGrid):
  1. In the sidebar, click Design Centre
  2. Click Create Template
  3. Choose a design, set the voucher name, value, and expiry rules
  4. Save your template

4. Complete your business setup when needed

You can add the rest of your setup progressively:
  • SettingsBusiness for ABN, trading name, address, and contact details
  • Design Centre for logo, colours, and voucher visuals
  • SettingsPlan & Billing when you are ready to move from the Premium trial to a paid plan

5. Create and sell vouchers

Manual vouchers (all plans): Go to Vouchers in the sidebar, click Create Voucher, select your template, and fill in the details. Each voucher gets a unique 8-character code. Online sales (Premium and Professional): To sell vouchers online, you first need to connect your Stripe account:
  1. Go to SettingsConnections
  2. Click Connect Stripe and complete the Stripe onboarding
  3. Once connected, your storefront is live – share your purchase link with customers
Customers can pay with credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. They receive their voucher by email automatically.
